Betty Alemu is an international PhD student at the University of Bern, who is originally from Ethiopia. She is an international researcher in sports sociology on location at the Institute of Sports Science. Betty's project is focused on how sports can foster the social integration of women from Ethiopia and Eritrea in Switzerland.
